Anonymous 06/28/20(Sun)21:36:33 No.25384624▶ >>25384491 Most poor people couldn't care less, that is also a very middle class trait to be "keeping up with the Jones" and buying whatever name brand is big. Poor people buy whatever clothes look decent at GAP and if they happen to need clothes when the tax rebate check hits they might go get an expensive shirt at an outlet store or whatever. Most poor people just want to get their check and spend it as cheaply as possible on them and their family so they have enough left over for drinks or smokes, the only poor people who can even afford to make the bad choice of blowing their checks on name brand are usually younger, and frankly usually black, and they're usually cash rich as well and not really lower class as far as income brackets go. The vast majority of poor people don't care about that, younger poor white guys even just blow their left over money on video games and weed usually. Even further though I would say that's not caring what other people think, that's caring how other people perceive you. Most people want to be perceived as powerful and important, which comes from money and such in their mind. They don't care if you think they are rude or loud or slobbish, as long as they have that Gucci belt on they think you notice that and give them respect for it. They don't care what you think, they care that you notice. Poor people don't have home owners associations for a reason. Nobody cares, caring about your lawn, how loud your music is, what the neighbors think, that is for rich middle class white people. Which as I mentioned once they drop out of that class due to life circumstances, they turn into Karen's because they don't understand why all these people don't give a fuck about what Karen thinks of them. ===== rcvrd jan 2021
