    This one's not scary but it's true, not really noteworthy either unless you're around my area, too.

    The dean at my local college went to Venezuela in the 90's to raise awareness of dolphin poaching n shit.
    Couldn't find any actual evidence to record so he paid a local farmer to do it and filmed it lol.
