Workers seizing the means of production would mean doing way more on top of the work they already do. Are they really going to spend the time to not just produce the product or service, but also promote it? And also check the books to make sure you minded your Ps and Qs? And also take the time to visit other plants, branches, and set up meetings with potential vendors and important clients? You can do all that in an eight hour workday?
