Jim Davis seems to be a pretty cool guy. Interesting things noted about Garfield, is the whole point of "Garfield Minus Garfield", is to see what happens if you take away the titular character, leaving only the second character. And boy does his life turn dark and psychotic, yet fascinating. I saw Jon as a totally different character altogether, after some G Minus Garf.
